It carries a heavier and more varied payload than any other vehicle in its class.

All steel construction with a design life of ten years. Component reliability and minimum maintenance requirements are also key features.

After three major design changes, the UGV is now used as a surveillance vehicle with radio control functions operating to one mile range. Six wheel drive allows wheel redundancy, an advantage over tracked machines when used in AP mine clearance. Robot arms can be fitted for UXO removal applications
